I worked as Jacob's assistant for two years. This was one of my first 'serious' jobs in my early twenties and I still think about it to this day. I learned so much from him about event coordination and management. He had done thorough leg work to plan for the weekend of the festival - excellent use of spreadsheets to store information, clear communication of expectations to team members, volunteers, and filmmakers. 10 out of 10 would love to work on a team again with Jacob!
