Jacob is a kind and compassionate youth worker who took charge of myself and 11 other individuals for a week. During this week Jacob kept everyone in high spirits, but also connected with us on a personal level that would make you see him as a friend rather than an average youth worker. He was incredibly understanding of our backgrounds and knew how to engage us with the activities we were required to do. He not only kept the group in line, but he also boosted the morale every day without fail. I have never met a youth worker who is as professional as Jacob is and he would be an asset to anyone contemplating hiring him.
