In addition to a rapid and steep learning curve, Jacob was faced with constant challenges. He quickly stepped outside of the junior role and adopted a problem-solving mindset. Jacob asked great questions to gain a deeper understanding of the course material. He was not afraid to ask for clarification on a topic he didn't fully grasp, and did so in a polite manner. I ended up learning more about React to better assist him with advanced usage. He worked well with his teams for group projects and put in enormous amounts of effort and time.
