  I helped lead the process of growing and picking peas and other seasonal fruits and vegetables and also worked in the store attached to sell our products and to help market to other communities. I led over 50 people as their boss in getting them their on time and showing them how to do their job for the day. As well as talked with the ceo to tell him updates on what was going on out in the field so that we could be more productive and make more revenue.
