Jacob worked for me as a lifeguard and swimming instructor at the College of the Ozarks. He was very responsible in his duties and could be counted on to complete all tasks assigned to him. He is a very likable person and works well with others in a team setting. Jacob is very conscientious about doing a good job and appeared to me as a very self-motivated person who did quality work sometimes with little or no supervision. I would highly recommend Jacob to a position and if hiring, would do so again.
