I've been deeply involved in the following items:Development of the technical team, Data center process, recruiting, interviewing, performance review, DC processes, CMMS, QHSE.24/7 staff scheduling - ensuring adequate cover for holidays, sickness, and weekend works etc.Performing training of technical staff in critical environment processes and behaviors.Training and development of shift leads to enable them to operate the sites according to the customer’s requirementsResponsible for the process for approval of critical switching schedules, working with risk and impact analysisResponsible for technical assistance to the customer when technical incidents occur, technical maintenance planning, technical repairs, test & commissioning.Approved Supervisor for High voltage / Medium voltage installation at customer siteCoordinating yearly electrical training (L-AUS) for the technical (Live Working Certificate) Escalation point between the technical staff and the customer in case of critical incidents. Has reporting lines to our technical organization in the UK.Approving critical switching schedules, reviewing risk analysis. CMMS development at the account, creating change requests in Client system.Vendor management:Technical specifications to maintenance contracts and planned maintenance tasks, data center inductions, developing cooperation with vendors.Review of RAMS and Method statements Client support:Monthly and quarterly reporting, participating in monthly and quarterly meetings, technical audits, participating in weekly operations meetings.Finance support when invoicing. Creating quotes to clients.Customer demands 24/7/365 up time, which we are able to provide due to very skilled and experienced technical staff combined with a developed mindset focusing on risk and risk mitigation.
