My current role is a 2nd line IT Support role at a company called Atmoso which provides troubleshooting support for users in a VDI environment. This role involves me dealing with the networking side of the user’s experience, for example configuring routers, updating firewall rules and day to day maintenance to the network to make sure it is a peak efficiency. Other responsibilities would be raising and dealing with tickets while conducting a professional telephone manner, patching and updating servers, snapshot configuration, maintaining of user’s environments and data center visits This role has given me experience in Windows 7/10/11, VMware, Cloud desktops, Junos networking, AzureAD, Acronis and general networking infrastructure.
