    • Vice President - Treasury Management Product
      • Aug 2021 - Present

In my position, I focus on new treasury management product launches and enhancements, understanding what our customers need, tracking treasury management development priorities, and supporting our treasury teams as we grow. I especially like engaging with customers and internal business partners with a keen focus on building trust and a solid relationship with them. To me, banking is all about trust and relationships, and I focus on building both as a standard part of my day. • Feb 2009 - Sep 2013

Started in 2004 with a purpose to provide something we didn't have growing up - access to those who have played at the higher levels and can teach what they have learned. This purpose acts as our guiding principle - to treat each player as if you are the student and you have yourself as the instructor - what would you teach and how would you treat yourself? We focus on the fundamentals and the experience/knowledge aspect of the game (adjustments) as the game is played one pitch at a time (Pitch 2 Pitch) and inning by inning. As someone once said, "It's a game of adjustments." Show less
