  Was asked to move back to original Austin Pappadeaux to take on the challenge of helping with the reorganization of management. I took over two major Areas of Responsibility in the prep area and purchasing area. In the prep area major focuses have been to improve employee practices, and improve the Efficiency. As for purchasing, I am in charge of all Food, Supplies, LBW inventory/purchasing. My goal was to improve these percentages to achieve a lower cost of goods percent. I was able to produce the improvements needed within 6 months of taking over the position. I have improved labor cost by 10-15% with in 5 months, improve internal audits by 20%, and improve efficiency by 15% as well. Show less
