Jake lead the largest portion of the Engineering development required for the strategic sourcing initiative inside of Morbark (and Alamo in general). He is single-handedly responsible for the success of launching well over a dozen new engine packages on both Tree Care and Industrial products. Without Jake there would be fewer, and worse, power options in the entire Morbark portfolio. Not only did his efforts increase the quality and performance of Morbark's products, it contributed to millions of dollars in savings over an 18 month period.
