I have assisted the TriMedx team migrate from SSMS to Snowflake in a variety of ways. I have recreated Stored Procedures, Views, and Tables into Snowflake using Azure DevOps pipeline and source control. Additionally, I have re-pointed Power BI dashboards' datasets to Snowflake from SSMS. I also have worked directly with the business to create an SSIS package that will load and aggregate data into SSMS from flat files located in a shared file directory. Once data had been loaded into Snowflake, I worked with my team to validate the data. For all discrepancies we found, we performed a root cause analysis so that the client knew what needed a change.
