I am accountable for preparing and deploying course materials, preparing student feedback, developing and implementing new methods of teaching to reflect changes in research, as well as participating in curriculum development for our Business Communication program, and other academic planning committees.Aside from teaching several courses in the ISU Comm and Advanced Comm curriculums, I have recently designed and managed our department's first onboarding process for new NTE faculty hires. During that time, I also worked closely with the Associate Chair for Curriculum to establish a mentorship & new faculty development initiative for NTE faculty, as well.
