I analyze and spread financial statements for loan presentations. I use TACSPREAD to analyze tax returns and personal cash flows. I compile the information into a loan presentation along with the narrative and background of the industry / borrower. I manage the pipeline. I am the intermediary for information that flows from the loan officers to the credit department. I over see that cash flows have a turn around of 24hours and loan presentations have a turn around of 48hours. I complete post funding. I add and analyze current FYE financial statements to the already pre existing spreads. I check for potential financial weakness or potential downgrade. Show less
