If I was to build a dream team of CRM administrators, Jacob would be in one of my top slots. Jacob worked along side me administering our 200+ user org at Corvisa. Our work involved juggling many different business units and many different attitudes. I was always impressed with Jacob's ability to track even the smallest details of our configuration and rarely had to spend extra effort to "reverse engineer" anything he created to understand what it was doing. He also does the best wookie impersonation I have ever heard. Jacob is a friendly person to be around and a dedicated, intelligent worker whom I would not hesitate to recommend.
