Extracted a point cloud from a bathymetric map in AutoCAD Map 3D. Used MATLAB for the bilinear interpolation of the point cloud to obtain the bathymetric map in matrix form. Utilized H2D, a two dimensional, depth averaged hydrodynamic model, to obtain current and surface elevation data. Processed the output data in MATLAB.
