  I regret that I dont have been carefully to update my Linkedin - status. In fact, I have today 1 years anniversary in Kommune Kujalleq as Salary - and HR Manager in Kommune Kujalleq. It has been - and still are - a very exciting job with a lot of challenges and cooperation with many engaged employees. Yes. I have never expected to work in a public workplace. But I have been very positive surprised, because the municipalities today are (and have to be) willing for changes. Like in the private sector. Another thing (and means a lot for me) is that I am back in fantastic South Greenland <3 Remember Greenland is not only Greenland. There is a big difference between South- , West- , North- and East Greenland <3 But each Area has its own wealth and charm. :-) Show less

  I think it is time to make an update of my profile I have got a busy time since December 2015, where I started to follow up a number of fishermen's wishes for better opportunities to sell their unique black halibut (also called Greenland halibut) It has been to many fantastic trips to the far north. At the beginning I had a collaboration with a large Danish fishing company. The company had previously been in similar project. However, had to close after about a year. So they were feared to run into the same situation again. Afterwards I came into contact (through a partner) with a very large English company J. Marr, who could see the big potential It is now realized and we've got planned construction of a new fish processing plant in Nuussuaq (second northernmost village in Upernavik). At the same time, we have received a very good factory ship with a production capacity of 25 tons daily. It has been an exciting start where fishermen have taken really well against our factory ship. Since our beginning 3 weeks ago, we have realized over 100 fishermen to sell fish to us. I am now co-owner and director of Kanu Fish ApS and our mission is "simply": Develop fisheries in Greenland.
