      Supporting the unemployed back in to or closer to paid employement. Customer are referred to us by the local Job centre and are with me for two years, during that two years I must establish a good relationship with the customers being sympathetic to their needs and building an action plan to mark out their journey while they are with us. Referring and sourcing to external agencies, building relationships with employers. Business development is a key part to the role to be constantly sourcing the local vacancies for the customers.
