      I am responsible for the development of quality assessment and moderation procedures in early years, primary and secondary establishments within East Renfrewshire Council. Additionally I lead the development of assessment and moderation across 8 different education authorities as part of The West Partnership Regional Improvement Collaborative. My role is to deliver high quality training in relation to assessment and moderation, support practitioners and facilitate a number of large scale moderation events. Supporting schools to implement School Improvement Partnership Programmes is another part of my remit. My role is to support practitioners to carry out professional enquiry and develop appropriate interventions to reduce inequity in education collaboratively. I deliver training and facilitate partnerships across my local authority with establishments across different local authorities.
