He has been our Genomic Sciences group's bioinformatics engineer at BD Technologies since February of this year, where it has been an unusually intensive and demanding year - filled with continually changing and always pressing deadlines. Our bioinformatics group has been severely understaffed given the challenging workload but with Jack's tremendous efforts, we were able to successfully meet every single deadline thrown at us. He helped develop and maintain several pipelines for our whole genome, whole exome, and targeted sequencing efforts that exponentially grew into thousands of libraries sequenced.
