I assist new and long-established customers with their furry pals fresh food orders via email, text, and phone call, ranging from updating their recipe selection to investigating a delayed delivery. Providing a positive and seamless experiece is my top priority, and I strive for our customers to leave the conversation feeling at ease after providing above-and-beyond solutions to any issues they face. I’ve gathered extensive experience using CRM and often communicate with other associates/departments to get to the root of any problems that arise with deliveries. Working in a fast-growing company has given me the opportunity to improve my multi-tasking abilities and pay extreme attention to detail under any circumstance. I consistently receive above-average marks for my thorough knowledge of our products and procedures and maintain a steady wrap-up time. I do everything I can to help make feeding fresh food accessible and convenient for our clients and offer additional plans that can best benefit and align with their budgetary goals. As the first line of contact for customers, I aim to share their feedback and insight about our website, recipes, cost, packaging, and more to ensure that their voices are heard by all departments within the company. Communication is a massive importance in my work, and it means a great deal to share our solutions as well as the customers’ ideas so that we are always working towards improving our goals and the experience of our patrons. • Cafe Supervisor
      • Jul 2020 - Jul 2022

My main objective as the Cafe Supervisor was to provide a safe and welcoming environment to patrons and staff. I collaborated with the store manager when ordering products and necessities for the cafe and crafted drink specials on a rotating basis with the help of other baristas. All new hires would go through a training period where I would demonstrate how to use and maintain our equipment, standard protocols within the store (such as safety procedures, daily cleaning within the cafe/sitting area, and product knowledge of each department), general cashiering, and how to make our standard and seasonal beverages. I would uphold our company’s ideals to ensure our customers were given the best service and assist them with any questions or concerns along the way. I was able to gather extensive knowledge on several coffee brands we sold in-house (such as Intelligentsia Coffee, Stumptown Coffee, and Dollop Coffee Co) and provided suggestions to customers to find the best fit for what they were looking for. I also created social media content for new items on sale within the cafe as well as drink specials and new pastries. This would include photographs, captions, and general ideas shared with the store manager to provide the most enjoyable content for our clients. Show less
