  Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities Supervise installation of Duoline product to specification of Work Instruction Responsible for safe and efficient operation of site, ensuring personnel and equipment are compliant with company procedures/specification. Daily reporting to Operations management on HSE, quality and production performance in absence of Production Supervisor Conduct Incident Investigation Perform hazard identification and Risk Assessments for all site activities. Carry out monthly site safety inspections ensuring checklist is completed accurately and sent to head office Deliver daily toolbox talks to Maxtube personnel and third party labourers Promote and active participation in the company SIRs scheme Train Maxtube production staff and hired manpower in production process Chair monthly site safety meetings to Maxtube personnel andthird party labourers ensuring minutes and HSE action list are accurately completed and sent to head office Maintain Site HSE Documentation (including: HSE Plan, Emergency Response, Risk Assessments) Ensure all job related documents are maintained and passed onto head office in a timely manner to be able to invoice the customer without delay, in absence of Production Supervisor Control of production facility stock levels, tooling, equipment and customer product, including completion and submission of the Month End Stock Sheet to head office Participate in Client Safety Programs and implementinitiativesat Maxtube site.
