This manager also owns the product development life cycle roadmap from beginning through pilot testing, deployment, commercialization and on-going management of products and programs as related to programs. Effectively interprets and manages data, facts, voice of customer/member inputs and feedback across these areas in order to make sound business decisions and recommendations through design, development, launch, maintenance of existing products including management and execution of editorial functions and related technical processes.
