  At MRP, I led the portfolio management team overseeing MRP's office portfolio. I represented a variety of national, regional, and local banks and non-bank lenders, as well as borrowers, in all aspects of secured and unsecured credit transactions, including real estate construction loans for many different types of commercial real estate and loans to residential developers, permanent real estate loans, loans for health care facilities, loans secured by many types of personal or business assets, asset-based lending, community development loans, loans to non-profit entities, financing for investments of high net worth individuals, and loan purchases and sales. Additionally, I also represented both landlord and tenants in a variety of commercial office/retail/restaurant leasing transactions as well as subleasing transactions.
