Responsible for planning, coordinating and managing all social media activity for the Students’ Union by creating on-brand content and campaigns that run in synergy with all other marketing activities.I strive to enhance brand awareness and build and nurture an online relationship with the student body through the creation of engaging content. I lead on content creation and management of daily, termly and annual social media plans and campaigns. I monitor social targets and online behaviour by undertaking detailed analysis of marketing campaigns using Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics and social listening to identify further opportunities for brand awareness.My skills as an effective and confident communicator allow me to work closely with internal and external stakeholder when implementing the delivery of marketing activities across a broad social media spectrum.
