In house Garrett Advancing Motion, Automobile Industry. Currently part of the Freight Management team (air, sea and road) for the Guarulhos turbo plant (Freight Control Tower), responsible for performing daily activities related to the Export flow, contacting customers abroad for relevant information, status updates and boarding authorization. In addition to issuing Invoice, Packing List and Picking for dispatch (IAM), ordering collection for the freight forwarder, monitor the emission of the Certificate of Origin and the Customs Clearance with the broker; I also send and track courier shipments of Export documents. In addition, I monitor the Import process from departure to arrival in Brazil, controlling requests for national collections, project quotations and managing premium freight rates within the LMS Transport Management System, cost analysis by modal and dispatch instructions. The routine also includes solving problems related to collections at suppliers, management of goods allocated in Bonded Warehouses and their nationalizations, monitoring and guaranteeing the performance of Compliance, Customs Broker, Cargo and Transport service providers; supplying with information and follow up the Materials Engineering and Logistics team, according to the customer's needs, focusing on the optimization of the logistic delta time/cost. Monthly, I assist with the production of the main logistical and financial KPIs on freight, storage and clearance costs (Report for Incurred Freights, Savings by region/transit time, Accrual - expected expenses - until the end of the period, SIOP and logistical cost savings) reporting to the teams of Materials, National Controllership and the Global Logistics team (China).
