We also run the Oregon Donor Registry, one of the highest performing registries in the nation. We are currently pivoting to focus on the complex issues of inequity in donation and transplantation. Together we can help make a difference in addressing these issues through advocacy and action.

I created and ran the Career and Professional Development Center, offering services in professional skill development, career exploration, career counseling, and individual development plan development/execution.

  My work focused on supporting the research data management and information needs of basic science researchers with an emphasis on open data and open science. Additionally, I developed curricula on data science, data visualization, research communication, and research ethics. I worked with the Center for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to create data science training for URM/underserved interns every summer, in addition to providing workshops for URM graduate students at local Universities.
