Jackie and I got to know each other whilst working on a business critical ERP Implementation project for Sigma Healthcare. Jackie was the Programme Strategy and Delivery Lead ; it was clear from the get go she has the ability to gain insights , build relationships , strategise and make things happen that are beneficial to the business whilst also keeping people at the heart of what she does. Her work ethic , integrity , intellect and Program Management skills are impressive. Am glad to have her in my network and look forward to future project collaborations.

I was lucky enough to work with Jackie during Edge Project at Seqirus for over 2 years. Jackie has this amazing ability in providing clear leadership, motivation and strategic direction to multifaceted projects. She strives on getting into the detail to remove blockers from Projects. A key attribute is her ability to translate "IT as a tool" to real business and IT operations. Her contribution to Edge was the key factor in the success of the Project. She is an outstanding individual who brings enthusiasm and dedication to any challenge laid before her. She applies herself to always provide options and recommendations based on her detailed investigations and what is best for the project and organisation. Jackie sets extremely high standards for herself and achieves them! She has the ability to positively promote ideas within her own group and at all corporate levels recognizing the impact of changes (cost and organizational). In simple terms if you set Jackie a challenge She will achieve it, if you don't set Jackie a challenge, she will set herself one and achieve it for the benefit of the whole Organisation. "Failure" and "can't do" are not part of Jackie’s vocabulary. She has this amazing ability to bring the best out in teams even under extremely stressful conditions. Her vision in understanding operational and strategic needs of clients and providing the best value to meet their needs is outstanding. The key to Jackie’s success is the level of trust and support she gives to all her teams, delivering exceptional leadership, Influential communicator, managing multiple stakeholders, driving performance and translating complex strategies into tangible KPIs and strategic milestones to achieve defined objectives. I so hope we can get the chance to work together in the very near future.
