      I work with a team of five colleagues to ensure that every Macmillan Information and Support Centre in Britain is working to implement the Macmillan Quality Information and Support Standards. I work closely with Macmillan Information and Support Centre Managers to provide guidance, support and advice around the Quality Standards framework. I created and led the implementation of the first MISC led Electronic Holistic Needs Assessment (eHNA) pilot. Recruited, trained and managed volunteers to support the work of the centre and delivery of the eHNA pilot.
