South West Corridor: Project Manager of potential 14 mile regional light rail project. Developed community development framework. Coordinated multiple government bureau partners to ensure the city's housing and economic development goals are aligned with the future development of the transit line. Developed site selection criteria, initial anti-displacement framework and business stabilization.
