  Assisted the State of Utah in implementing P.L. 103-93, "Utah Schools and Lands Improvement Act of 1993." This Act enabled the State of Utah to exchange school trust lands which were currently surrounded by federal land for other federal lands and mineral rights. Also assisted in the preparation and passage of S.B. 47, Tribal Eligibility for Interlocal Cooperation and S.B. 162, Severance Tax Amendments during the 1995 Legislature.
