  Jacolien started hiphop, ballet, tap and vocal classes when she was 7 years old. Soon after she started with piano and guitar. She loves performing and achieved various awards over the past couple of years. In 2012 she was awarded Overall Junior Vocal Winner at Talent Africa. At the Randfontein Arts and Culture association (RACA) festival she obtained several Platinum Certificates and was selected as the Overall Junior Vocal Winner for 2012 and 2013. In the last couple of years she was also category winner at the NEA for vocal, dancing or acting. Jacolien was selected to represent South Africa at the Actor, Models and Talent for Christ (AMTC) Shine Event in Orlando, Florida in the USA in January 2013. She was selected as a finalist in the modelling, acting and dance category. She performed in the musical, The Chair at the Asbos Teater in 2012 and also in The perfect Xmas, a charity event produced by the Barnyard. Jacolien takes part in workshops whenever her schedule allows it. Recently she attended the National Children Theatre’s Winter School and the Acting on screen course in Johannesburg. Jacolien loves people, animals and is a born performer. Her most favourite past time these days is confusing people by talking in different accents. Show less
