•I was responsible for a portfolio of 150 High Net Worth Clients from 11 AIB Branches in South Dublin.•I advised clients to invest in many of our own structured products through AIB Investment Managers, AIB Private Banking Tailor Made Products, Goodbody Stockbrokers and Aviva. On my advice clients have invested in property funds, equity funds, private equity opportunities and alternative asset classes such as the energy sector. •My role involved working closely with clients to maximise their individual wealth. •A key part of my role was to understand my client’s needs and their attitude to risk; from there I designed and implemented a tailor made portfolio.•I specialised in working with Hospital Consultants / GP’s in terms of ‘Incorporation’ for tax planning purposes. We offered this service in partnership with Price Waterhouse Coopers. I met over 100 Hospital Consultants during 2011. Within Wealth I was the industry expert for this area and an area that I personally identified as an opportunity. •I also worked closely with AIB Corporate Finance where some of my clients were looking to acquire Businesses off market.
