      Covering approximately 65 distribution companies and a small internal management team, my role oversaw all sales and marketing aspects to attain positive results of our distribution network.Such was the extent of inconsistency i had inherited of the processes, i created a 'form of contract and expectations' by way of a Distributors Handbook which was intended to become the measure of accountability. Whilst commended across the distribution network and the management team as a whole, the president deemed it 'too complicated' which unfortunatley saw a gradual demise in the execution of the process.In the early days of the process, the company did experience positive results across both the sales and the marketing divisions.
