The Volunteer and Training Manager (VTM) will be responsible for assessing, planning, and managing training for both staff and volunteers across Doorways, ensuring that organizational training objectives are set and delivered, and contributing to overall organizational management and leadership. The VTM provides programmatic oversight and guidance to Doorways’ volunteer program by leading and supervising the Volunteer Coordinator to ensure appropriate implementation of the volunteer program. The VTM will coordinate and primarily facilitate all core and on-the-job training (OTJT) for all new volunteer and staff.
