  Leading a team to implement and develop vision and strategy for multiple program areas addressing food insecurity in the foodbank's 20 county, tristate territory. Key Accomplishments: Expanded School Pantry from a pilot concept to over 50 established sites in 3 years. Structured, revived and leveraged an infant feeding project as launch pad for healthcare pantry partnerships allowing clinicians and patients access to food in response to positive FI screens at point of care. Facilitated SDOH and food access conversations with the Greater Cincinnati community in efforts for collective impact. Oversaw a mobile food truck/trailer retail operation providing at cost fresh & veggies to food desert communities. Launched Produce Prescription pilot. Worked to innovate and expand program opportunities to support funder interest and needs of community. Supporting donor and sponsor relationships Facilitated cohort of first year medical students as well as multiple Americorps VISTA service terms.

  Predominately working in under-resourced, rural areas alongside grassroot/local organizations & churches to bridge gaps in food accessibility. Established a mobile food pantry (just-in-time distribution model) in 5 counties providing more than half a million pounds of food to neighbors in need while connecting them with additional resources. The mobile food pantry, as of 2020, became a model for Catholic Charities Northern Kentucky who has established their own efforts to serve Kentucky counties through a similar opportunity. Desire to be a voice for long-term solutions and not just short-term relief efforts

  Brought on board with QCH to develop their Volunteer Program. Adhering to Medicare, NHPCO, The Joint Commission, State and Industry standards and regulations; policies & procedures were defined for the department and implemented. Two complimentary services were initially designed and put into practice as well: the 11th Hour program, and Legacy Program with a We Honor Veterans Program and Bunny Therapy as next level of complimentary services offered. Recruited, retained, educated, and supervised our volunteer team and community while consistently exceeding Medicare standards. Worked in an interdisciplinary setting to best serve our patients, families and community. Able to use out of the box thinking resulting in effective, unique methods and programs. Assisted VP of Clinical Operations in maintaining STNA schedules, administrative tasks,and interview process. Wrote press releases, connected with organizations in the area to support our programs, public face for QCH.
