This consists of reporting incidents of abuse, neglect, child in need or adults at risk of harm to Social Service; Children’s Services, Adult Social Care, Adult Disability or Mental Health Crisis Teams. As a safeguarding mentor I am also responsible for ensuring procedures have been followed by staff and volunteers. • I also deliver front line services to parents, professionals or adults concerned about the emotional wellbeing or behaviour of young people.
