      •Be responsible for patient monitor hardware scheme and architecture design, effectively managed the hardware database and strengthened the hardware process with global. A global encouragement was awarded to me. •Completed the CAE repair work about the mainboard of V3 and fixed the 28 boards in 7 days. It improved the supplier process and strengthened their repair ability from 0.5 to 4 boards one day. It improved GEHC-IT operation team performance. A local award was awarded to me. •Completed the NPI mass manufacture experience of assembly work in the PWA vendor plexus. It reduced the schedule and improved the V4 hardware MAEP2 process. It received the sourcing team highly encouragement. The 4 of 8 boards' schematics and PCB works were taken responsibility by me and they had been done 2 revisions for 4 months. The REV02 machine passed the SFDA test once. Took responsibility of two firmware (CPLD/Secondary CPU) code works and resolved 18 SPR. •Some schematics and PCB documents of mainboard were composed and released to the E-library. For example, DRS/DVR/DVP/Design review files. They made sure that all design followed the GE design process and met the quality audit. The BOM list of the whole patient monitor hardware was totaled. Many components and BOM controlled and released to the Agile system. Some sourcing works of the hardware MAEP1 material were done in time. It made sure hardware debug work could be done in time and reduced the sourcing team burden. Took responsibility to do the EMC work in this project.
