  Ownership of the purchase ledger, which involves posting invoices, matching to goods received notes, and making payments (following the correct authorisation limits). Management of the sales ledger by liaising with blue chip customers to resolve queries and ensuring prompt payment. Assist the finance director with creating budgets and providing various reforecasts throughout the financial year. Produce weekly reports which evaluate the company’s performance on a cumulative basis both month and year to date. I have implemented new practices and procedures at the company, including eradicating hard copy invoices and converting to a strictly electronic process. Responsible for negotiating the company’s mobile phone contracts, as well as creating and configuring management profiles on the devices.
