As Local Manager I have covered the Branch Manager role for both the Oxted and Heathfield Branches simultaneously.Running two teams in different locations with different customer bases I coordinated business, resource and planning across both sites including business planning for both individual locations.Under my leadership the branches have seen significant growth that had not before been considered possible, resulting in the businesses completing five times more business than they had before. Furthering this, both branches moved from a “Needs Improvement” rating to a “Good” rating when inspected through my operational management.Because of my quick and impressive business growth I was also asked to lead commercial performance for the Local Branches across Sussex, Surrey & Kent to support other Branch Mangers get results similar to those that I had achieved.During my leadership both branches were selected for Video Banking, iPad Banking and increased staffing due to the increased market share, business being completed and the opportunity that I identified through innovative business planning.
