  * Managed a team of 5 and worked closely with all departments (sourcing/development, merchandising, design, sales, accounting etc). * Worked with merchandisers on seasonal planning. * Assorted styles for production based on factory evaluations (domestic and import) of specialty and performance. Allocated new sources to facilitate sales growth. * Created a seasonal production matrix for all styles, ensuring volume-driven styles were prioritized first at the factory level. * Evaluated original factories performances, eliminated late deliveries and negotiated costs. * Managed the Pre-Production sample process of acquisition, managed the QC, production review and final approval of samples * Developed a seasonal WIP for delivery tracking purposes * Initiated and maintained a GP Report for accounting purposes. * Managed the Production Order process acquiring forecast from sales and generating Purchase Orders for seasonal buy through projections to the final buys. * Tracked payments with the factories and worked with accounting to insure factories were paid based on set terms. * Handled all Logistics, categorized all styles, reviewed the docs and worked closely with freight forwarders to follow each shipment from factory. * Traveled to Italy, Hong Kong and China to source, QC, and oversee production twice a season. * Handled receiving, allocating, picking/packing and invoicing of accounts.
