  Stanford, CA I researched how early-stage firms can be better off by receiving both government and venture capital funding rather than just receiving one or the other. Looking at multiple large datasets, I created functions in R to put them into a usable format, and analyzed them. I presented my findings to Ph.D students and faculty in the Management Science and Engineering Department.

  I was class president in 2013 and 2015. As president, in 2015 I worked with a group of classmates on organizing the annual fund raiser for tuition assistance, where we motivated the school enough to raise over $450,000 in a week.
