  I am working as senior shop assistant to cooperate with my shop manager to operate the shop ,the shop is operating as a restaurant & grocery mode , so the foreigner colleagues like Burmese or Nepalese is usually working at kitchen site , when shop or cashier not enough human power ,they will come out to assist us especially during stock coming or stock take and assist us for the shop cleaning .I also have a chance to lead a team of foreigner workers colleagues when the previous supervisor are resign ,I have to in charge the shop temporary. When the new shop manager are off day , I also need in charge the shop operation ,due to I am the only local ,and I direct report and connect with my Area Manager . Besides that , i also learn to decorate customer office ,even though packing the parcel for the event purpose and delivery them.
