      -Remote Support Fixing issues 1st line, installations of software/hardware advice over the phone. Used Remote desktop to connect and log-me in. -Data Cabling Running Cat 5/6 to module’s to cabinet end to end and pulling cables across for the installation. Additionally checking backup’s servers such as exchange, active directory, storage servers and replication backups. -Hardware Installations Installed/replaced computer hardware components (RAM, Graphics, Hard drives). Diagnosed some hardware issues. -Software installations Configured Operating systems for individual customers (Windows 7,8,10 - Windows server 2012, 2012 R2, 2008, 2003). Variety of applications/software for operating systems. -Project Deployment Deployment of Mitel Phones for Tower Hamlets borough of London, Visited multiple sites around the borough, installing phones and working in a specified time period. -Fibre Connecting fibre to switch in a LAN. Terminated fibre. Tested fibre using a laser checking line quality. -Setting up LAN's Data router (Internet), voice router (Phones), switch, patch panel, connected network infrastructure for customers on site. -Data Centres Replaced QNAP cloud storage system with a work colleague at Slough Level 3, Plus I installed a cloud storage server at Gs1 and tested it for errors. Installed a 100TB Clough storage server at Synseal group based in Mansfield. -Cisco Routers Reset Cisco router for customer onsite. Also connect to and configure cisco routers. -Maintenance on server systems Repaired Hardware and rebuilt OS on an active directory server.
