I prepared and provided high quality food in a time-efficient manner and with high accuracy. I kept my workstation clean according to my local health protocols. I packaged meals for mobile orders, as well as provided amicable customer service to the in-store customers. I tracked inventory and financial levels of the store as well. I was mostly hired on a job-by-job basis before the COVID-19 pandemic, such as assisting in the renovation of a new employee headquarters, organizing a large sum of patient files from many years ago, and other miscellaneous tasks. Once the COVID pandemic was rising towards its peak, I was hired part-time to disinfect the lobby area, treatment rooms, and equipment. This not only was valuable working experience for the tasks I was completing, but I also was able to build closer relationships with the doctors and PT's at the center. I was later on offered a position at the employee headquarters filing insurance claims for patients. This quickly developed into me overseeing a small handful of other employees doing the same work I was. I was responsible for not only completing claims on my own, but distributing, tracking and accounting for their insurance claims, reporting their work to my supervisors (including working with the CEO of the company directly), and settling any questions, confusion, or disagreements between the employees. I also spent multiple days shadowing at one of their most popular treatment centers, located in Branchburg NJ. I shadowed two separate doctors and one PA, and was given a lot of insight regarding the medical field. Show less
