  I have always been an avid foodie and have turned what was once a weekend hobby into a thriving small business. As a co-founder, I have oversight of every aspect of the business. Key roles include: Product Development - Development of a range of own-brand products from concept, research, and design to working with suppliers and production. Sourcing and importing products and working with suppliers both nationally and internationally. Sales - Built a multi-channel sales strategy across various e-commerce channels and brick-and-mortar sites. Managing relationships with individual retailers and wholesalers to maximize sales. Delivering 5-star customer service. Digital and web development - Built our e-commerce and blog platform (www.themelrosekitchen.co.uk). Paid Advertising - Developed an effective advertising funnel across Google ads, Facebook ads, and LinkedIn, including advert conception, design, copy, and budgets. Operations - Managing stock, our supply chain, finances, budgets. Budget management. Cost and profit management, extending profit margins whilst improving the product.
