At IMS I managed individual pop up booths for the Rose Bowl Football game in 2016, 2017, and 2018. This included product/inventory management, logistics, and accounting. While this position was only part time, I gained valuable insight working on a large, fast-paced event. Responsibilities include: health and safety of high school students at Woodbridge High School. Teaching students the fundamentals of lacrosse as well as providing a leadership role for the students. This includes teaching students sportsmanship and making sure students understand the importance of handling themselves with a manner of professionalism and class on and off the field as these skills translate to real world situations. High schoolers learn the importance of teamwork and the responsibilities each player has as a member of the team. Furthermore, they learn a number of important skills such as making use of effective communication techniques that allows one teammate to be transparent in communicating a specific objective to another teammate during game situations.
