  Starting as an apprentice, my experience at Neticonic was a fantastic opportunity to learn the industry and develop my interpersonal communication skills with a wide range of clients in different sectors for which I am very thankful.Day to day I worked on a service desk, logging issues coming in via phone and email, working to resolve those and dedicating time to bigger problems to ensure they were fixed and documenting solutions.
