Lendology CIC is a non-profit social enterprise lender providing home improvement loans for homeowners. Working closely with the upper management and case managers, it was my job to ensure Lendology CIC is heard and recognised! This includes B2C and B2B. My tasks included things such as: producing social media content, drafting and writing blog posts, creating press releases to be sent to referral partners, creating newsletters to our subscribers, attending events where I'd personally answer people's queries about Lendology and just general doing my best to represent Lendology CIC to the best of my ability. I conducted various Communications Campaigns, some aiming to receive more feedback, some aiming for the attention for more council's and some just trying to spread the word of the amazing work Lendology do! Lendology CIC are monitored via the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority), meaning promotion of Lendology's content was never straightforward. This was great experience, however, as it really dropped me in the deep end. Nothing could just be simply 'posted', as the FCA would have a say in the matter, meaning everything has to be 'fair, clear and not misleading'. This gave me a great experience for adopting an extremely difficult organisation's branding and virtual behaviour. Content I'd produce varied from: -Newsletters -Social Content -E-signatures -Blog posts -Press Releases -Web Pages -Videos/Interviews I'm extremely grateful for my time at Lendology CIC, as this is where my Marketing Skills really exploded and flourished. Created content for clients, whilst analysing their posts' successes, common trends and what type of marketing strategy I should approach for this client. I was extremely independent during this job, and the upper-management trusted me a lot with my clients as I really understood them and adopted their brand's persona. These clients included: -Waterloo Music, Yeovil. -Bridgwater Quayside Festival, Bridgwater. -Carbon Green Consulting, Exeter. -KCL Digital, London. -Pro Cloud Solutions, Taunton. Working at Introtweet sprouted my love for social media management and plunged me into the field of Digital Marketing. Show less

EQ'd and balanced audio levels of Live Music at The Stable in Exeter on weekends. Managed cables, set up the stage for the live performances, and tidied up and put away equipment at the end of the evening. Using a Mixing Desk, it was my job to ensure the instruments and vocals were balanced equally for the most enjoyable experience possible. Setting up the stage and putting everything away was also my job, which requires good cable management and knowledge, EQ'd and balanced audio levels of Live Music at The Stable in Exeter on weekends.
