  I am currently a track marshal at KNE situated in the city of Sunderland, I am a hardworking and motivated young adult who is seeking a full time apprenticeship as I have been unlucky during the time of the pandemic with a previous apprenticeship. I am looking for not only a successful job but seeking advice on any potential opportunities that may come my way which is paramount to my future in a career. I am actively seeking out advice on careers and looking for a direct path into a secure apprenticeship to enable me to thrive in a working environment and put my skills to some good use not only for myself but for other people in everyday working life. I am motivated through teamwork and communication to succeed in tasks given to me in my current job as it is critical to do so to successfully complete the assignments given to me such as organisation of children’s Karting parties and family sessions on our main 1200m circuit where confidence and initiative must be driven into each customer for their own safety out on track.
