Workforce Information Assistant
-
Nov 2018 - Aug 2021
The workforce team is a two-person team, and we deal with all the workforce information for the whole trust and community. Daily, I provide data and reports to managers, using excel to a high standard. A lot of reports that this job requires are “ad-hoc” which means at any time I can report on anything that is asked of me by managers or other colleagues. Apart from the reports which are requested, I send out weekly, monthly and quarterly reports which are used by the senior leadership. Some of these reports are used for national statistics. During the peak of COVID19, I was chosen to be a part of the COVID19 workforce team at the trust. This team was responsible for supporting all staff with enquires, providing daily reports and helping to advise staff on what they need to do. Some of which included, Medical Isolation reports, Sickness, Staff Mask testing, Long Term sickness and other reports. This role is very much a customer service role, as lot of my day is communicating on the phone or via email to staff members who are having trouble with their systems or who need reports on their areas. This ranges from, Matrons, Ward Managers, Community Locality Managers, HR Business Partners, Communications Managers and many more. Show less
